Standard Belt

Volunteers should wear a simple brown belt with a silver or brass buckle—avoid large logos or decorative buckles. Polos must always be tucked in. If wearing a t-shirt, it must be fitted and not loose or oversized.

Essential Khakis

To ensure a unified and professional appearance, volunteers are asked to wear official Carhartt khaki pants as part of the standard uniform. These durable khakis are selected for their comfort and classic style, and help us present a consistent image at all events and activities. Please avoid jeans, joggers, shorts, or other khaki styles so we can maintain the distinctive look of our volunteer team.

Preferred Footwear

For active volunteer operations, clean, low-profile white sneakers (like Air Force 1s or Stan Smiths) are recommended.

For more formal events, opt for brown leather shoes—such as brogues, derbies, Chelsea boots, or minimalist brown dress sneakers.

Black footwear and athletic running shoes are not permitted.
